    With over 20 years of experience in real estate and residential construction, I’ve had the opportunity to be hands-on in every stage of the building process. I take pride in a strong on-site work ethic, ensuring each project is completed with quality, care, and attention to detail. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships with a great team of skilled professionals who share the same commitment to excellence. I’m passionate about creating spaces that families are proud to call home.

  • Debora Kenworthy

    DESIGNER & PURCHASER

    With over 20 years of experience in residential design and purchasing as well as a designer certificate from the Rhode Island School of Design, I bring both creative vision and practical know-how to every project. At Jim Benson Homes LLC I handle everything from selecting finishes and fixtures to sourcing high-quality materials that fit the budget and the vibe. 

    I believe great design is about more than just looks, it’s about how a space feels and functions for the people who live in it. I work closely with clients to understand their style, and with our team to make sure every detail comes together seamlessly.

    ACCOUNTING & PERMITTING COORDINATOR

    Tara keeps things moving behind the scenes, handling the accounting, permitting, and paperwork that keep our projects on track. From processing payments and organizing invoices to pulling together everything needed for permits; she’s the one making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She's organized, dependable, and always ready to tackle whatever comes her way. 

    A licensed realtor and natural problem-solver, Tara brings a versatile skill set to the team. She understands the bigger picture of real estate and construction, and her ability to adapt and stay organized makes her a key part of every project.
